Seattle Chamber Players: ... that language is shaped air ...

Faculty composer Juan Pampin's site-specific composition, commissioned by Seattle Chamber Players, establishes a dialogue with the mechatronic bullroarers on view at the UW's Henry Art Gallery as part of visual artist Ann Hamilton's the common S E N S E. 

… that language is shaped air … features SCP members Paul Taub (flutes), Laura DeLuca (clarinets), Mikhail Shmidt (violin), David Sabee (cello) plus UW School of Music faculty Stuart Dempster (trombone), Richard Karpen (piano), Ted Poor (percussion), and Cuong Vu (trumpet).
