Biography
Jamie Sanidad is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Oboe Performance, studying with Mary Lynch of the Seattle Symphony. Previously, she earned her Bachelor's degree at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, studying with Linda Strommen. An active freelancer, Jamie performs in concerts and plays in recording sessions throughout the Seattle area. She is also passionate about teaching, working regularly in middle schools as an Oboe Coach as well as teaching private lessons. As she remembers the struggles of finding working reeds as a young student, she now sells handmade oboe reeds on her website, pnwreeds.com.
