Biography
Chloe earned her Bachelor of Music from the Xinghai Conservatory of Music in China. She is pursuing a graduate degree in Voice Performance at the University of Washington, where she studies under Professor Thomas Harper. Passionate about both performing and teaching, she runs her own music studio in Bellevue, Washington.
