The UW School of Music encourages prospective freshmen, transfer students, and current UW undergraduates to attend a School of Music information session. These sessions provide a great opportunity to learn more about what the School of Music has to offer as well as ask questions about admissions, auditions, or life as a UW music student.
Topics covered include:
- An overview of the School of Music and its resources
- Degree programs offered
- The application and audition process
- Scholarships
- Opportunities for non-music majors
Time and location: Information sessions are held twice monthly on Mondays and Thursdays from 12:00-1:00 PM in room 101 of the Music Building (the Fishbowl). Sessions are scheduled for the following 2019 summer and fall quarter dates:
