Biography
Randolph Kelly has enjoyed a distinguished and multifaceted career as a soloist, chamber musician, and principal orchestral player. Mr. Kelly is widely known for his tenure as Principal Violist of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, a position he held for 42 years. He has performed and collaborated with such artists as Yo-Yo Ma, André Previn, Pinchas Zukerman, Truls Mork, János Starker, Janine Jansen, and Anner Bylsma and has recorded a wide range of music for the Albany, Naxos, IBS Classical, and Music Masters labels.
