This recital is given in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Master of Music in Performance. Caitlin Hennessy is a student of Professor Thomas Harper.


Biography

Soprano Caitlin Hennessy, originally from Chicago, is studying for a Master's in Vocal Performance at the University of Washington under the direction of Professor Thomas Harper. She sang roles including Narcissa in Philemon und Baucis (University of Washington), The Young Vixen in The Cunning Little Vixen (University of Illinois) and Second Woodsprite in Dvořák’s Rusalka (LAH-SOW Portland). She will be singing with Tacoma Opera in the 2023-2024 season in their Young Artist Program. Caitlin is a staff soprano and Music Program Coordinator at The Church of the Blessed Sacrament in Seattle.
