Morlot to lead UW Symphony in Berlioz movements

Seattle Symphony Music Director (and UW Chair of Orchestral Conducting) Ludovic Morlot returns to the Meany mainstage on February 14, conducting the University Symphony in selections from Berlioz's Symphonie Fantastique.

The concert also features appearances by some of the winners of the 2013 UW Concerto Competition, performing with the UW Symphony under the direction of David Alexander Rahbee. Featured soloists are Zoe Funai, flute; Yesol Im and Corentin Pokorny, violins; Thomas Lee, piano; and Brittanee Hwee, piano.
