Jazz Studies Chair Cuong Vu and his trio (which includes artist-in-residence Ted Poor on drums and New York-based Stomu Takeishi on bass) kick off this year's UW World Series Studio Series with a performance at the Meany Studio Theater on Saturday, Oct. 11.
