Stephen O'Bent (he/him/his)

Stephen Bent comes from an eclec­tic musi­cal back­ground, includ­ing a B.A. in trom­bone per­for­mance (Occi­den­tal Col­lege), a com­edy folk duo (Pep­per­Jill & Jack), and a stint as music director/juggler with an inter­na­tion­ally renowned vaude­ville troupe (The Fly­ing Kara­ma­zov Broth­ers). He is a pas­sion­ate believer in the power of music to fos­ter com­mu­nity, and that choral singing is a par­tic­u­larly potent vehi­cle for coop­er­a­tive cre­ation.
