The School of Music also presents annual performances in the 238-seat Meany Studio Theater, including events by the UW Percussion Ensemble and the Opera Workshop. Operated by the School of Drama, Meany Studio Theater is a multi-use facility presenting performances in music, dance, and theater.
LOCATION
Meany Studio Theater is located in Meany Hall, on the southwest corner of the UW’s Central Plaza (“Red Square”). Enter Meany Studio Theater by taking the outside stairs at the northeast corner of Meany Hall to the sunken courtyard.
